Shipping Returns Payments
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies, from 3 working days for small items,
and up to 5 working days for large crated items.

Returns Exchanges and Cancellations
We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery, after 14 days passed returns are not accepted, ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
We don't accept cancellations
But please, contact us if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders.
Conditions of return
Buyer will be reimbursed in 3 working days after shipped back item(s) are released from custom inspection and inspected for the condition of the item(s). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In any case with regards to payments above $2000, if you wish you can use wire transfer to our bank account.
You can select this option during checkout process for amounts exceeding $2,000. All bank details essential for facilitating wire transfer are provided. There is account in USD to which you can transfer USD without changing your currency, or you can transfer EURO to our EURO account. NIS account is designated for Domestic customers.
You purchase will be shipped to you in 3 working days after clearance of your wire transfer to our bank account.
You will be notified instantly when your wire transfer is cleared and when shipment to you is completed providing essential tracking information.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in country of Destination. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, or COVID-19 situation with regards to carriers and forwarders.
